CRITICAL CARE TEAM LEADER - Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital (Albany, GA)

Serves as a member of the Critical Care leadership team who supports, leads and directs clinical practice. Following the direction of the Nurse Director, the Clinical Supervisor implements unit specific strategies and collegue specific practice remediation that results in achieving specific clinical quality and patient safety outcomes. Serves as a leader and role model in the absence of the Director / Manager. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision, and values of PPMH.
